Build Your Own Home Gym
Want to build your own gym at your home and/or office space, but not sure what type of equipment you will need to achieve your fitness goals? With this service, I will:
- Visit your location and evaluate the floor space
- Walk through all the possible options, given your goals and budget
- Assist with equipment ordering
- Be present for all equipment deliveries
- Ensure all equipment is properly set up
Home Program
If you are unsure about what you should be doing at the gym and want to take control of your fitness program, the Home Training System may be right for you. This program includes:
- Custom 4-week calendar with daily exercises to do on your own
- Detailed work booklet describing exercises with photos
- Nutrition Daily Diary (monitoring food consumption, vitamins, blood pressure, heart rate, weight and hours of sleep)
- Two 30-minute training sessions every two weeks to review exercises and answer any questions
